WHAT IT IS?
MGC - A compact, mobile gas compressor safely and cost-effectively release wellhead or casing gas from the well, injecting it into the pipeline system.

HOW IT WORKS?
There are two types of mobile compressors: one with an electric motor and the other with a gas engine. The appropriate compressor is selected based on the well type, available infrastructure, gas flow rates, and required boost. It can be connected to the wellhead for gas wells to unload liquid, or to the casing head for oil wells with downhole pumps to reduce back pressure, and increase liquid level.

APPLICATIONS?

• SRP, PCP and ESP equipped wells: MGC lowers casing head pressure, which in turn reduces bottomhole pressure. This leads to an increased drawdown, thereby enhancing oil production.
• Ideal investment for brownfield: usually pays off within a few months
• Wells with high casing head pressure and low liquid level: MGC Reduces casing pressure, increases oil rate and liquid level rises, resulting in extended pump life
