BoostFlow - is a fully integrated, modular surface multiphase pumping package designed to eliminate flaring during well testing and also it can reduce back-pressure on wells, manifolds to increase production.

BoostFlow: A Turnkey Multiphase Pumping Package for Remote & Marginal Fields. One of the oil & gas industry’s toughest challenges is maximizing returns from remote fields and marginal wells without heavy CAPEX and long paybacks. BoostFlow was engineered to address this: a modular multiphase boosting package delivered as a pure OPEX service model that enables cash-flow positive operations from day one.

System Architecture - BoostFlow integrates all critical subsystems into a single mobile facility, including:

  • Pressure control equipment – choke manifolds, valves, SSV and ESD, high–low pressure pilots, relief valves, vertical flare stack for contingency
  • Multiphase pumping units – capable of handling 0–100% GVF, with multiple pump sizes varying in flow capacity and pressure boost, with flexible numbers per package
  • Auxiliary modules – chemical injection pumps, electrical distribution, and cooling (if required)
  • Support infrastructure – lab cabin for real-time data acquisition, workshop for maintenance, and operational utilities

The operator’s role is limited to providing the tie-in point where production is boosted — everything else is delivered turnkey by AB smart services.

  • Production enhancement – surface backpressure reduction to revive marginal/stranded wells; transfer multiphase fluids to central facility
