Privacy notice
What this site does not do
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts, fonts, maps or embeds. Nothing about your visit is recorded by us. Because nothing is collected, no consent banner is shown.
The one processing activity: the contact form
If you choose to send an enquiry through the contact form, the following data is processed:
- the details you type: first and last name, company, email address, country of operation, the topic you select, your message, and — only if you tick “Request a call back” — your phone number;
- the date and time of sending.
Purpose. To answer your enquiry. That is the only purpose.
How it is handled. The form is relayed by email to sales@absmartservices.com through a stateless script on our web server. The script receives the message, sends the email and forgets it: no copy is written to a database, file or log on the server. The message then exists only in the company’s mailbox at Microsoft 365, the same as an email you would send us directly.
Who receives it. The ABSS sales team. It is not shared with anyone else and is never sold.
Retention. Your enquiry is kept in our mail system for as long as needed to handle it and any follow-up business correspondence, and is deleted on request.
Your rights. You may ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to sales@absmartservices.com. We answer within a reasonable time and without charge.
Legal basis. The processing is carried out on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry you have addressed to us. You may withdraw consent at any time by asking us to delete the enquiry.
Spam protection. The form uses a hidden field and a timing check instead of a third-party CAPTCHA, so no data leaves this site for that purpose.
Server logs
Our hosting provider keeps ordinary web-server access logs (IP address, requested page, time, browser type) for security and troubleshooting, in accordance with its own retention practice. We do not use these logs for analytics.
